Upcycled shoe, size 40.5, cowhide leather, plastic components.

It was glued, sewn, pressed, cut, hammered and sanded.The old leather ankle boot now has two new soles (1/2 sneaker, 1/2 “Vibram” rubber) and a sewn-on reinforcing cowhide toe cap.

this project evolved during my 6 month stay in Tallinn at the Estonian Academy of Arts, Accessory Design Workshop.
